We continue after three generations of investors to innovate and propose our vision of rental real estate. Our project was born out of our own experiences as international students and young professionals facing the difficulties faced by all those who are looking for a rental property in Paris but whose profile does not meet the standards.

After having often heard "sorry, but you do not have guarantors in the country », or « Sorry but for a semester it is not of interest to rent you », or more politely « the housing has been rented to another profile", we decided to create a solution that meets the specific needs of international youth.

Our apartments, carefully renovated, combine modernity, design and comfort to provide an ideal living environment. Each apartment is chosen and arranged to make you feel "home"Even away from your loved ones. We take care to provide you with all the amenities necessary to facilitate your installation and your daily life in Paris, for the few months you will spend in the city of light.

Our rentals are made to fit the needs of university exchanges and internships. Minimum duration is 4 months from the beginning of a school semester, renewable up to 2 times without exceeding the school year.
